Fotiva requests access to your device's camera solely for the purpose of capturing photos within our virtual photobooth experience.

Your camera feed is processed entirely on your local device. No video or photo data from your camera is ever transmitted to, or stored on, our servers or any third-party servers.

You can revoke camera access at any time through your browser's settings. Without camera access, the photo capture feature will not be available, but you can still browse frames and other content.

Fotiva uses your browser's local storage and IndexedDB to temporarily store session data such as captured photos, selected frames, and edited images. This allows you to navigate between pages within the app without losing your work.

All stored data remains entirely on your device and is automatically cleared when you close the browser tab or start a new session.

No personal information, account data, or persistent identifiers are stored, as Fotiva does not require account creation or user registration.

Fotiva uses the following third-party services:

• Google AdSense: We display advertisements provided by Google AdSense to support the ongoing development and maintenance of Fotiva. Google AdSense may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your browsing history. • Vercel Analytics: We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymized, aggregated usage data such as page views and performance metrics. This helps us improve the user experience. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to any other third parties.

Since Fotiva processes all data locally and does not collect personal information, there is no user data stored on our servers that would need to be deleted or retrieved.

Photos and session data exist only in your browser's temporary storage and are automatically removed when the session ends.

You have the right to disable cookies in your browser settings, which may affect the display of advertisements but will not impact the core photobooth functionality.

Fotiva does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. Since our service does not require account creation and processes all data locally, no personal data is collected from any user, regardless of age.
